  • A big birthday shout out to this absolute legend. No, not Billy Joel, the one and only Joe Haddow (better known as "The Bear"). Happy Birthday, my brother. Lots of love.

  • What a monumental loss to the music world. Guy Clark's live album 'Keepers' completely changed the way I looked at songwriting and storytelling. He was the master of our craft, and one that heavily influenced so many other writers, myself included. Thank you for showing us the way.

  • Good people of NYC, I'll be hitting The Scratcher (East Village) this Sunday, May 8th, armed with a batch of new tunes. It's a free show, and they serve a mighty fine pint of Guinness. What's not to love? (Photo by @phil_kneen)

After successful tours with Don McLean and The Waterboys across the UK, Ireland and Europe, Jarrod is back in the studio working on his next album!

New JD Single on BBC Radio 2!

We were delighted to hear Jarrod's new single "Way Past Midnight" spinning on Alex Lester's BBC Radio 2 show "After Midnight" this past Sunday evening. What an honour to be sandwiched between Elvis and Sir Paul McCartney! Look for it on Jarrod's new album, due out spring 2016.

NEW VIDEO! Live In Ireland

For your viewing pleasure, here is a new video filmed in the stunning hills of Connemara, Ireland of Jarrod singing his song "Ballad Of The Lonesome Traveler" while he was on the road with the legendary songwriter Don McLean last month.

That's A Wrap!

The 16 date run of shows with the legendary Don McLean across Ireland and Europe have come to a close. I can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful tour. The audiences were incredible, the venues, promoters and volunteers were all second to none, and everyone in the touring party treated us like family from the get go. It's bittersweet to see it end, but we've made many new friends along the way. Here's a little family portrait from the final night in Uppsala, Sweden.

From left to right: Carl McKenzie, Jerry Kroon, Mike Severs, Carl 'Vip' Vipperman, the legend Don McLean, Mark Prentice, Tony Migliore, John McIvor and of course myself and my better half.

News From The Road

Don McLean and band at University Concert Hall, Limerick, Ireland, 23rd September 2015

Three shows down, five to go on the Irish leg of this Don McLean tour. It's been quite a thrill watching these gents go to work every evening.

Statue of John Wayne & Maureen O'Hara commemorating 'The Quiet Man'

We spent a day off in the scenic village of Cong, where much of the John Wayne/Maureen O'Hara film 'The Quiet Man' was shot. Today we're off to Galway for show number four. See y'all there!
