In April of 2010 singer/songwriter troubadour Jarrod Dickenson made his first tour out west from Austin, Texas. On the road, Jarrod contacted Monterey Peninsula double bass player Rick Chelew for a possible duo performance at Roost House. Captured on this album is a genuine performance from two strangers, paired for an evening of original live music. Jarrod Dickenson, at the age of 24, presents listeners with raw heartfelt songs accompanied by his beautiful richly toned voice. Rick Chelew paints Jarrod’s songs with an experienced touch from his century old double bass. Enjoy this live recording. Thanks for listening.
